∙ 8y agoIn the timeline in which Phoenix destroys everything, Magneto did, indeed, perish under Phoenix's might after saving his youngest daughter, Lorna. However, he does not perish in the altered timeline after the X-men save Phoenix from herself. Since there was no season 2, and no epilogue, it can be presumed that he didn't yet die, though no one knows his fate in the AoA future.
