Edit: Suicune does not produce eggs.

There are no legendaries that can give eggs except for manaphy and maybe a few others... but I'm sure about Suicune.

The only way is to beat the elite four then check again. Same with other Pokemon, like if you beat suicune and then beat the elite four, suicune will be at the burnt tower, the place where you first saw it, and you can try to catch it again. It only works if you killed the Pokemon though, i know cause i tried to get a second lugia.

no you cant catch it again it wont apear.By the way, they are the legendary cats, not dogs. The Pokemon Company revealed that Raikou is a tiger, Entei is a lion, and Suicune is a cheetah. That is why they roar, not bark.

Suicune is found somewhat unusually. Once you have released it (from the Burned Tower), it will go north of Cianwood City. It leaves again and you can find it outside of the entrance of Mt. Mortar (Route 42). Then it goes to Kanto and it will be in Vermillion City. It now goes to Route 14. Finally, you can battle Suicune outside of Bill's house (Route 25).
