In the family sense, yes, Quite literally they were Kissing Cousins in the El family. I use the past tense as Kara Zor-el was killed off in the (crisis on infinite earths) plot line and is not part of the current DC series line-ups. Re-runs, of course have their own class of immortality- as with television shows.
