It depends on the game. Which cards 'beat' others will be defined by the rules of the card game, whichever it is. Many games do not use the joker at all. Others, such as Canasta, treat it as a wild card. In Euchre, it is the highest ranked card.
It can if it's wild but for most card games the jokers are removed

The Jack Card Stands For The Jack Chair, The Queen Card Stands For The Queen Chair, The King Card Stands For The King Chair And So On................Kukia Was The First Jack Chair, Then He Graduated And Kairi Came To Be The New Jack Chair, So They Stood For The Jack Cards. The Queen Chair Was Nadeshiko, Then She Moved Temporarily So The New Queen Chair Was Rima. They Stood For The Queen Cards. Tadase Is The King Chair So He represents The King Card. No, they are completely different. The Jacks are face cards possessing a value between the 10 and the Queen (except in the game of Euchre). The Joker are only placed within the deck to act as wild cards. The only way they would be the same is if the Joker had been designated as possessing the same value as Jacks.

There is no fifth suit. Just king, queen, jack, ace. there might be a fifth if the joker was allowed to be layed down in a game of cards.

Joker arkham city would beat him up 2 reasons: The Injustice Joker would be tied up and Joker would kick him out of his lair. He would have Injustice Batman with him
