Zoroark can only be captured in the Lostlorn Forest IF you have one the 3 event Shiny dogs. Or if you got the event Celebi for the 13th movie, then you can use it to get Zorua and then evolve it. If you have neither then the only other way is the battle N for the last time and he'll have a Zoroark on his party and it'll get registered in your Pokedex. If you have Wi-Fi, you'll be able to go on to the GTS and look for a Zoroark there. Those are the only ways of getting one.

Err, I HOPE someone trades me a Zoroark. The only way you can get it in game is to have Suicune, Entei & Raikou. ANd celebi if you want zorua. The only other way is to trade. Once you Transfer your special event Celibi to Pokemon white, head to Castelia city. Once there, you need to look around until you find a certain building. On the left there will be two people. Once you talk to the girl, the one on the left will transform and turn in to zorua. You will then be able to get Zorua for free without having to battle it.
