Yes. But if your thinking of trading a clamperl with a deepseatooth or deepseascale then don't bother it will evolve in the hands of the owner and will not register in your pokedex. And trust me unlike Red Version they will not give the Pokemon back because its not the one they wanted.

You don't get Deoxys from anyone in the mining museum You have to trade it from Diamond/Pearl, or migrate it from Ruby/sapphire/emerald if you went to any of the events.

Yes. I think you can get it all at the armegeton expo but I'm not sure how. Also the tickets/key items you get from gameshark doesn't work, for me anyway.

No, there are some Pokemon that can't be seen in this version, but if you use any gameshark or action replay you can modify the wild Pokemon to be anyone you want, So its possible if you use cheat programs.
