u cant you hav 2 get a mate with Pokemon diamond and if he has a skull fossil he he has 2 revive it and he will get a cranidos and it will be lv20 he will then hav 2 raise it 2 level 30 and then it will evolve in2 rampardos and then you trade his wanted Pokemon for the Pokemon he wants hope it helps (wat i did for a rampardos was do all that but get sheildon and evolve it at exactly same level as rampardos and traded a bastiodon for it) also u cant catch last evolutions of Pokemon
