actually you have to go to prof. birch complete you r national pokedex gwt a johto starter, and then put groudon in the front slot of your party then you should have your starter in the last (doesnt matter whats in the middle) sort of like unlockint the regi tombs. then go to the ash place go to the old mons house(next to the hidden boy). and you should have 9999999x ashs .happy hunting!
