According to the makers of pokémon Ash is supposed to like Misty but in the Anime he doesn't show it. In the manga though, they do love eachother. Also, Misty makes it very obvious she likes ash in the 2 movie.
A girl starts to make moves on Ash and misty gets jealous, so the girl taunts her by asking if she was his girlfriend. Misty gets mad and embarrassed and denies it, but meanwhile Ash is too deep in thought to be caring about to girls' conversation, even if it is about him!
There are some little hints, but no bigger than denying feelings.
But there was one thing, when Misty left she gave Ash a present for his birthday. A fishing lure. A few episodes later he was still showing it off to every one that he could, but I just think he's happy after so many years of them fighting over and over again that she did something nice rather than slap him across the face like usual!

IT would be awesome if CN brings back the original Pokemon with Ash, Misty, and Brock for some reruns.
