A new girl character comes in later and misty dissapears... and if you think about it, the show is for younger kids, so in the American version they never do get together... There is a Japanese episode where either misty or may catch ash under a reeth of holly on Christmas and kiss him. But this is only what rumors have told me...

no no no everyone know that ash and serena love eachother and only ash and serena will be married. serena has a crush on ash as well as ash too loves serena. and actually misty and ash always keep fighting and misty and ash are actually good enemys. ash and serena love eachother and also serena met ash at prof. oak summer camp in pallet town when they were just seven years old and serena got a hurt on the knee and ash came and rescued her so ash and serena are the best ship. and also only serena will marry ash.
