I have found that Quakers in Bristol, UK, speak with a Bristol accent, those in Dublin, Eire have a Dublin accent and those in Manchester, UK, have a Manchester accent. I expect Brooklyn Quakers have a Brooklyn, USA accent and Peoria Quakers have the accent of central Illinois, USA!
