I HATE the Jergens Natural Glow self tanner. But the Jergens "Express" Self tanner AND the foam version DON'T come off when you sweat. The regular Jergens does though. It's a mess.

You shouldn't eat anything the chemicals of self-tanner have been in contact with, just like you wouldn't lick the self-tanner off your skin. It's kind of along the same lines as "wash your hands after going to the bathroom, and before eating." you don't want to eat fecal matter.
