In Wolverine Origins, he has scar tissue that completely covers his mouth. So, if he talked he would make muffling sounds. Even if he cut himself a mouth, his healing factor would kick in healing the cut; in essence, he could not talk.

∙ 11y agoWade Wilson (aka) Deadpool had terrible cancer and was going to die so they gave him wolverine genetics to stop his cancer and make him into a weapon. The side effect is his brain is constantly regenerating and changing so it never shuts up. That's why he talks so much and says crazy things.

∙ 7y agoHe use to use a device on his belt that would let him "bodyslide" a.k.a. teleport, to pre-programmed locations. He eventually ditched it because he felt he was too dependent on it or something and that he didn't need it anymore. It was when he became a "good-guy."

Because Deadpool is mentally ill and has the ability to transport. So if you give a person with wild imagination the ability to teleport he would probably go everywhere and annoy people. He's the comic relief in that game.
