no , there is no such thing as GLITCH and no its not a city not even one city is called GLITCH
in some Pokemon games there is such thing as glich city
-you enter the safiri zone walk back in twice and say that you don't want to exit early then you should be able to save in the safari zone then shut off the game
-turn the game back on and fly to cinnabar isld and surf until the pa dings
-exit the safari zone and you should be in glich city
i don't know if it affects your existing game at all or not

I encountered a glitch while using the walk through walls glitch on my Action Replay. The glitch was that I went through the walls in a route and entered a city and the whole city was glitched up to the bone! NO BUILDINGS! Just doors and signs. Its pretty cool. Let me know anyone if this happens to you. Oh yeah and the best place to see is Jubilife City. If I have the time I will post a video of this if my Action Replay still works!
