The weather in England is notoriously unpredictable.

Depending on how far south you go it is certainly possible to encounter snow in England in March, though it is unlikely to me more than an inch or two at the very most!

In the south of England it's unlikely you will encounter snow and if you do it will most likely be over and done with within a couple of hours!

It seems to vary from year to year. March 2013 saw blizzards and deep snow drifts in many parts of the country and was the second coldest March on record.

March 2012 was different, one of the warmest were temperatures nudged 70F at times.

2006 was a snowy cold March. snow can fall even in Southern England as late as Mid/Late April,
