Yes. When Gale is getting whipped, she gets whipped in the face. The electrical fence to the woods was working, so she had to find another way out so she climbed a tree, and fell on her ankle and hurt her tailbone as well. In the Quarter Quell Johannah Mason knocks Katniss out and cuts the tracker out pf her arm. When this acid fog stuff comes they get hurt by that, and later open the wounds again from scratching. ∙ 12y agoYes. During the first book of The Hunger Games, the game makers send fire at her because she is so far away from the other tributes in the arena. The fire ends up burning her calf and severely injuring her. Haymitch sends burn medicine to her though so she can keep going and stay alive.

∙ 11y agoKatniss received 2 injuries in the book: she got severe burns on her leg while running away from a forest fire, but that was later healed. Then when she tried to blow up all of the supplies near a minefield, the explosion damaged her right ear for good and when she won, the Capital's medics redid her ear. (The explosion damage is in the movie, but it is only shown as temporary, not permanent)
