No. The chances of the same person finding both trades, recognising you, feeling kind, and not being a total *sshle are nonexistant.
Also, thank you for realizing not everyone would jump at the chance to trade their one-of-a-kind event legendary for a level 50 Azelf.
In FireRed/LeafGreen, I think you have to beat the game first, then you can go to Daisy in Pallet Town. She will tell you whether the first Pokemon in your party has a strong bond with you. In Diamond/Pearl, there's a certain Poketch app that allows you to see how much your Pokemon like you by putting the stylus on the Pokemon.
strong Pokemon
Grass type Pokemon are strong against Water, Ground and Rock.
not really
Bug-type Pokemon are strong against Grass, Fighting, and Ground-type moves.
To me the rarest Pokemon in pearl is manaphy. Yes I have a Manaphy its so strong to. Its stronger than my palkia. So there you have it. Also aother reason its so rare is because you can only get it from Pokemon ranger once. -Ash Ketchum My favorite rare Pokemon is Arceus. I have him, and he beat the whole elite four without any max potions or anything. He was the only Pokemon in my party. He is MEGA strong! Another one of my favorites is Mew. She is sooo cute, and absolutly strong! She kicks butt lol! Well, hoped that helped yah lol Manaphy is not very rare I have 13 of them! I got them from Dawn's little sister in Sandgem Town! She will say there is swarm of Manaphy on route 207.. Manaphy is not rare like I said! BTW I love Pokemon and all the Pokemon rangers and trainers!! But my favorite Pokemon is Skitty and my two favorite trainers are Dawn & Ash Ketchum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Rachael Lemay

You can't find "strong Pokemon". If you want a Pokemon to be strong, you need to train it.
yes. porygon2 is a strong Pokemon
there many ways to level up your Pokemon quickly. the way i do it is by putting the Pokemon that you want to level up at the start of your team. then go to an area where the Pokemon you battle are strong, for example the survival area. then when a Pokemon appears switch the Pokemon at the start for your strongest Pokemon. that way your Pokemon will gain exp points without having to battle. another way is to beat the elite 4 loads of times but i don't realy like that option because it gets annoying after awhile. hope this helps (ignor the bad spelling) You could also find exp share give it to a weak Pokemon get one of your strong Pokemon and then fight strong Pokemon and no matter what if you defeat it usein more than 1 Pokemon the one with the exp share will always get half of the point for defeating the strong Pokemon
Arceus & Mewtwo both are strong than any pokemon.
No but it's possible to put pain on them. Putting pain on strong people are not that easy but there are ways to put pain on them. Putting on really strong people is very difficult.
victory road
The pokemon that are strong against psychic are bug, dark, and ghost.
I usually use a combo of starter Pokemon or strong Pokemon that have good combos with other strong ones.
