Probably not. MLP is one of those shows where you don't have to see the previous episode to understand what's going on. So if they start dating, they can't date for multiple episodes unless it is a 2-part show. For example, let's say they start dating in episode 11, somebody may not have seen episode 11, but they decide to watch episode 12. If they are still dating in episode 12, the person who missed episode 11 has no clue why Rarity and Spike are now "in a relationship". Also, they refer to Spike multiple times as a "baby dragon". The Hub cannot have a teenage pony date a baby dragon. That is totally inappropriate and does not belong in a kids' show.
As a friend yes. She shows that. But there are no signs ever shown that she actually LIKES spike, and probably never will, unfortunately for spike.
She likes him as a friend, but does not appear to have any romantic feelings toward him.
Her full name is just Rarity, as far as we know. Not all ponies have two words in their name like Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, etc. Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Scootaloo, etc. all have singular worded names.
Rarity acts like a fashion-nut. She's very picky and doesn't take no for an answer. You could say she's a little bossy.
Most likely not. Their relationship is not a romantic one. Depending on the interpretation, Spike is something like an adopted brother or adopted son to Twilight.
Yeah if you look closely

Your rarity score in DragonFable is a very ineffective way to determine how rare or "tough" the items in your inventory are to acquire. This means the higher your rarity score is, the more impressive the items you have must be! Some items that have a high rarity score are otherwise completely useless, like the "Stone of Falconreach," which I think has a score of 100 rarity and can't do anything for you.

The only person I know to influence a brilliant man like Spike Lee would have to be myselfXD
