Many people believe that she has a crush on Sokka, which is actually untrue. Toph actually likes Zuko, which is why she came up with the name of "Sparky". Many people think that its because he is a firebender, but then why not call the others "Sparky" as well? If you remember, third last episode, when Aang goes into the spirit world and they split into teams, Toph is desperate to go with Zuko.
Yes, you could say it was because, "All you guys got to go on a life changing adventure with Zuko, now its my turn" But she really wanted some alone time with him. It was clearly evident on her face.
I don't want this to be a shipping battle, but creators confirm that Toph was romantically interested in Sokka. This is made obvious in many episodes, such as "The Serpent's Pass" and "The Painted Lady". Whether or not she ever got over her crush is unclear. Actually, Toko (Toph X Zuko) is widely considered a crack pairing.

∙ 15y agoYes, they have some kind of Relationship, but not really that serious. They had a relationship when both of them started getting along in Book 2: Earth, Chapter 6: The Blind Bandit. When Toph tells Aang about herself, they were really alone, just the both of them in the yard / garden. After Toph learned that they were being ambushed, she and Aang actually hold each other's hands and ran away.

∙ 11y agoSokka and Aang were good friends, and in the Legend of Korra series it explained that Katara and Aang had a pretty large family together. Katara was also elderly, and mentioned that her brother had passed away, implying that they were still in touch. It would probably be safe to assume, that Sokka was okay with the relationship.
