It's the Nintendo World Store, not the Pokemon Center. The Pokemon Center was replaced by the Nintendo World Store in 2005. And no, it doesn't have old games and consoles. It only has current generation games and consoles.
Yes you can. But only in the PC thing when you're in the Pokemon Center
put your GBA game in your GAMECUBE/GAMEBOY ADAPTER and go to the bottom floor of the phenox city Pokemon center and talk to the counter
you have to have beaten the elite four and you have to find the ruby and sapphire for the machine in the Pokemon center on one island. then you can enter cerulean cave and get mewtwo
in that city, use surf into the water than in the cave at the center, u will need it.
You cant get it , Only in Ruby and Sapphire . What you can do is , Go to Global Trade Center and check for it , Then try to find the Pokemon he or she wants , and Trade it for Mudkip . Hope i helped .
The place to trade Pokemon in sapphire and ruby is the Pokemon center. Go to the top floor and talk to the lady at the trading station and she will ask you if you want to trade Pokemon. To trade you will need a cable that alows you to trade gameboy data from many different games, and plug that into the top of your gameboy. But to trade a machoke you will first need a machoke. To evole it trade it while it is holding the item protector.
