Well, the way Spiderman did it is to get bitten by a radioactive/mutant spider.
In real life, radioactivity would probably kill any spider that got near it... so it is doubtful that it would work in real life. But it is cool to think about when we read the Spiderman stories.
...unless you are Asian or 1/18th Indian, in which case you should buy a vat of Spiders and jump in it and lick all of them.
