No, but in a most recent movie, Draco comes closer than an inch to Hermione's face when he is told to be trying to get Hermione on Voldemorts side with him and a few others. So, he acts charming and in a way, flirts with her to try to capture her and get her to go with him into the Death Chamber, where she will be eternally tortured by Bellitrix Lestange and Voldy himself. And when she still doesn't agree after looking at him for a while in the eyes with a loving glare, he smiles in a most charming way and begins to make a move on her, and starts to remove him clothes, and when Hermione STILL refuses, he kisses her and later has sex with her for a long period of time. But in the end, Draco looks at Hermione and wickedly grins and says: "We're done here." And silenly cries, (we find out in the end) whispering "I've wronged... Hermione."

∙ 12y agoNo, the only time they kiss is when Ron opens the Horcrux and projections of Harry and Hermione attempt to torture Ron by kissing. This was not the real Harry and Hermione, simply Ron Weasley's worst nightmare.

In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows projections of Harry and Hermione leave the locket Horcrux and in an attempt to torture Ron they kiss.

∙ 9y agoYes The first time was in Order of the Phoenix before Ron's first Quidditch game. Hermione kisses him on the cheek and wishes him luck. Another time in the Room of Requirements in Deathly Hallows.
PS: Plus, they end up married, with two children, so it is plausible to say 'yes'.
