No. A Gladiator Beast monster's effect may only be activated if it was returned to the Deck from the field. Also, it must have been returned by its own effect or by the effect of Test Tiger.

"Elemental Hero Prisma"'s ability to change its name is very useful for Special Summoning "Gladiator Beast" Fusion monsters and is difficult to replace. "Gladiator Beast Lanista" can banish any "Gladiator Beast" in your Graveyard to change its name, so using it in addition to "Foolish Burial" will enable you to practically do the same thing. "Phantom of Chaos" has a very similar effect and can also be used with "Foolish Burial".

You can have up to 3 copies of each card of the Crystal Beast series in your Deck. There is no limit to the amount of Crystal Beast cards you can have in a Deck.

As is stated on his card, his trigger to special summon two Gladiator Beast cards can only be activated if he himself was special summoned by the effect of another Gladiator Beast. If he was just Normal Summoned or special summoned by a card like Monster Reborn, then his effect will not trigger after he attacks or is attacked.

Do you return a Gladiator Beast to the deck when it's being attacked?
No and yes. After it attacks or is attacked, the Gladiator Beast monster must survive the Damage Step to be able to return to the Deck at the end of the Battle Phase. If it is destroyed by battle, it is sent to the Graveyard, and cannot activate at the end of the Battle Phase.
