Usually you HAVE to cheat, but sometimes(or rarely, but maybe often) the bad egg may show up on PC.(it happened to me two times) Do not get it, it is a terrible egg that never hatches and can mess up your game. But, there is a way to get rid of it.
To get rid of bad egg, do the cloning glitch in emerald(i say in emerald not in ruby/sapphire), but instead of withdrawing Pokemon then talking to the lady deposit the bad egg then talk to the lady. Link to do the cloning glitch:
