Training mostly.
no it is peoples energy
Goku can achieve SS3 level by training for over 7 years. Goku must first accumulate a huge amount of energy and ki before he can use this form of Super Saiyan.
no he shoots energy blasts
Superman beat Goku. After going through all the stats, It's clear why. Goku draws his Ki from a finite pool of energy. In time, that pool of energy will run out. Superman can increase his power by absorbing radiation from the sun, or any yellow or blue star in the universe. Even if Goku knew about Superman's weaknesses, he wouldn't use them against him. Goku's all about a fair fight and seeing his opponent give it his all, even if it costs him the fight in the end, which it did.
SS3 Goku is far stronger than SS2 Goku, but it takes up more energy and so can not be sustained for very long. It is only meant to be used by those from the Other World, since it is too much for the physical body.

In terms of character, luffy has by far the most intersting charater and depth. In battle, goku murderstomps the lot of them.
Goku had been training hard in other world, during this time he had achieved Super Saiyan 3 however, due to the differences in the areas, the super saiyan three goku had been able to do in other world, was a lot harder and drained more energy on earth. Vegeta, did not have his body at this time period, and thus was unable to train.
If the fight is in the end of gt goku would win because goku was weakened by omega shenron and when vegeta came he was at full power but they could fuse. you have to be at the same amount of energy to fuse. Goku had a lowered power level and vegeta had a lowered power level which means goku is stronger.
She's Goku's granddaughter, so........A LOT.

Depends, if you are talking about Adult SSJ3 Goku from the Buu Saga or if you are talking about Adult SSJ3 Goku from DBGT. SSJ1 Kid Goku is already stronger than SSJ3 DBZ goku. Goku got a lot stronger during his training after buu, and his training during the gap between Z and GT. So SSJ3 Kid Goku is about 10 times stronger than SSJ3 Goku in DBZ. Now Adult Goku in GT in his base form was slightly above Uub, who it turn was stronger than SSJ3 kid Goku from GT. So Adult GT SSJ3 GOku is probably 20 times stronger than SSJ3 Kid goku and 200 times stronger than DBZ SSJ3 Goku. I'm confused

A lot of people think it is Goku but it is actually Gohan.
Well it kind of depends on "when" because their were times when Vegeta was the strongest in the series. But overall in the end I would say vegeta! It may sound crazy but think about it. Really Goku never really "beat" Vegeta. Their first fight ended in a draw. And the 2nd ended with Goku knocked out. Vegeta is a lot smarter then Goku and he can hit harder. Goku's ki is a lot stronger then Vegeta but that's it. Goku can't stay in his SS3 form long and Vegeta can just play defense until his power is depleted. If they went ss4 it's really fair game. But I think when it comes down to it Vegeta could have the upper hand. Just due to his battle experience. Vegeta is older then Goku.
In a matchup between Cole MacGrath from the "Infamous" series and Goku from "Dragon Ball," Goku would likely emerge as the victor. Goku possesses immense strength, speed, and a variety of powerful abilities, including Super Saiyan transformations and energy attacks. While Cole has impressive electrical powers and can manipulate energy, Goku's combat experience, stamina, and overall power level far exceed Cole's abilities. Ultimately, Goku's status as a nearly unmatched warrior in the "Dragon Ball" universe gives him the edge in this hypothetical battle.
