To make an animated film all you need is a scanner, windows movie maker & windows DVD maker(optional). First, you have to make the backrounds for your animation and make cells or just paper cutouts for your characters, then build each frame in the scanner - cutouts first then backround then scan each frame and put them into movie maker and set each to an equal but low limit of time. When you have finished if you want you can put it into DVD maker.
