No. J.K. Rowling never said he was. Some people pretend he is though. But he wasn't.... And anyway, he doesn't have an invisibility cloak.

Who did Harry Potter think was the man under the cloak who gave Rubeus Hagrid the dragon egg?

Harry thought it was either Professor Snape or Lord Voldemort under the cloak. It was actually Professor Quirrel and Lord Voldemort, who were sharing a body.

Does Harry Potter use the Invisibility cloak in book 3 or 4?

Both. He used it in book 3 when he spied on Minister Fudge, who was talking in the Three Broomsticks about Sirius Black's betrayal of Lily and James Potter. He used it in book 4 when spying on dragons, the first task, with Hagrid, who told Harry to wear the cloak so as not to be seen cheating. Answer Harry Potter most certainly uses the Cloak in Book 4 as it is revealed that Mad Eye Moody can see through the Cloak. In Book 3, Harry tries sneaking off to Hogsmeade under this lovely Invisibility Cloak.

Is it possible for us to make an invisibility cloak?
