It will be quite a challenge, but you could teach it some Ice or Dragon-type moves. Stock up on Revives and Hyper Potions. For her Kingdra, you could use Twister, Dragon Rage, or Bite. I do not recommend sending Gyarados out to battle to face against one of her Dragonair though, because they know Thunderbolt, which can be a hefty move against Gyarados. Send out an Ice-type Pokemon, or a Pokemon that knows an Ice or Dragon type move for them.
