And or...keep fighting trainers along the paths and wild Pokemon, also if you have an Exp. Share, this comes in handy to. I use it all the time and my Pokemon are level 50-71 lol Or if you mean how to give them better attacks, use your TM and HM's to give them better moves, but be forwarned, If you use too many on one Pokemon it wont be able to forget them and learn moves as it levels up...
