What you can do is slather honey on a yellow tree and wait at least 6 to 24 hours. But it also could be other Pokemon as the following: Munchlax, burmy, wurmple, silcoon, and cascoon. It can also be other kinds of Pokemon. Hoped I helped!

∙ 13y agoPut Honey on a yellow tree and wait 6-24 hours. The chances of a Combee being there will be 20%. I recommend saving before you examine the shaking tree, since saving and resetting will not change the species of the Pokémon in the tree, but it WILL change gender and level. Only the female Combee evolve into Vespiquen, and male Combee can only learn two moves and have bad stats, which is kind of... useless. Here are the probabilities of all Pokémon that come from Honey trees, taken from Bulbapedia:
Aipom 10%
Burmy 10%
Cherubi 10%
Combee 20%
Heracross 4%
Munchlax 1%
Silcoon/Cascoon 15% (depending on your version)
Wurmple 30%
(or headbutt any tree on route 7 and you might find a combee)
