There are no wild Machamp in Pokémon Yellow; to get it, you need to evolve Machoke. You can find wild Machop in the Rock Tunnel and Route 10, and wild Machoke in Victory Road. Machop evolves into Machoke at Level 28, and Machoke evolves into Machamp only by trading it to another game. So, you'll need another game and a way to connect the two before you can get Machamp.
On a side note, Machop only appear on Route 10 in Yellow Version; in Red and Blue, they appear in Victory Road instead.
