Deoxys' Forme randomly changes as you progress through a dungeon. The changes are purely cosmetic, except for the Speed Forme, which doubles his movement speed until you move to the next floor.

∙ 14y agoGiratina and Shaymin can change forme. For Giratina it is locational and for Shaymin there is a Shaymin in the village who will give you a gracidea flower.
