It depends on their skillset and if they are EV trained or not. But overall level 100 Pokemon are quite strong.

you should have a balanced team. what i mean by that is that you should get a fire type Pokemon and an electric type Pokemon. for example, a lvl 100 charizard and a lvl 100 pikachu. Different User: I agree with him but you already have dragonite with probably thunder moves so... Instead get an lvl 100 Absol and a fire type. =].
