How can you get all the Pokemon in Pokemon Firered without cheating and going to Nintendo events?

Giratina - Before completing your first trip through the Distortion World, you will encounter Giratina in its Origin Forme. It will be at Level 47. Giratina will revert to its Altered Forme when you leave the Distortion World, however if you enter Turnback Cave, and enter the Distortion World, you will find a Griseous Orb. Make Giratina hold it, and it will stay in its Origin Forme even when it is not in the Distortion World

Palkia & Dialga - After getting the National Dex, talk to Cynthia's grandmother in Celestic town, and then find the Lustorous and Adamant orbs in Mt. Coronet. After finding them, go to the Spear Pillar, there will be a blue or pink portal there, if you get the blue you will battle Dialga, and pink is for Palkia. After catching one, you can return to Spear Pillar again to catch the other. They will both be at Level 70.

Azelf & Uxie - Go to their respective lakes (Uxie = Lake Acuity / Azelf = Lake Valor) and surf to the cavern in the middle of the lake. When there, select it and you will battle it. They are both at Level 50.

Mesprit - As you did with both Azelf and Uxie, go to Lake Verity and enter the cavern. However, when you select Mesprit, it will flee. Mesprit is now marked as "SEEN" in your Pokedex. If you want to catch it, you must search Sinnoh, you must use the Marking Map App. on your Poketch to locate it. Do NOT fly to the location where Mesprit is at, or else the location will reset. It will be at Level 50.

Zapdos, Articuno & Moltres - After getting the National Dex, go to Prof. Oak's house in Eterna City. He will tell you that the three legendary birds are roaming Sinnoh. Once again, they will be roaming Sinnoh, so use the Marking Map on your Poketch to locate them. All three of them will be at Level 60 upon encounter.

Heatran - After getting the National Dex and completing the Stark Mountain quest, return to the heart of Stark Mountain and you will encounter Heatran at Level 50. Cresselia - After getting the National Dex, go to the ship in Canalave City, and you will gain access to Full Moon Island. Go through it to the deepest part and Cresselia will be there. Once again it will run and you will need to use the Marking Map to locate it. It is Level 50.

The Regis - Migrate the three Regis from a Gen III game (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire etc.) and go to Snowpoint Temple. You will be allowed to enter and Regigigas will be there, asleep. Select it, and it will wake up. It is at Level 1 only, so bring your weakest Pokemon to fight it.

but I use the action replay for the Pokemon you want but from what i know it doesn't weaken it but i do have a special avent jarachi for sale for $2.50 glitch Pokemon are free but the real thing cost money no more then a dollar at the most but anyway when you email me i will email you a certain time and day to get on the global trading center but be on time cause it might be gone by the time you get on

i will only want a low level shinx or other low level Pokemon so it will trade.

Well, how do I say this... to get arceus, you have to cheat in diamond/pearl, then catch it, or wait for Nintendo to give us a Nintendo event, go there, do whatever you need to there, then (again) catch it.

to get the other ones you named, you will have to have gone to the last Nintendo event, mixed records with someone that did, or cheated, then you get the Pokemon on GBA, then migrate it to diamond/pearl...

in short, cheat or go to a Nintendo event.

also u could use a cheat catridge

For Mew, go onto your firered/leafgreen, obtain surf BEFORE you cut down the tree in front of 3rd gym, swim around thee tree, there should be a dumpster of some wort in the water, go into it and there will be a mew to fight. Dont ask how to get surf, just skip 3rd gym and try to get to safari zone...

a) Have a Pokemon with Fly/Teleport in your party

b) Save the game

c) There is a Long Range Trainer in the grass Left of the Nugget Bridge, when you step into his sight (you can also use the Gambler near the Underground Path.), quickly press Start

d) Now Fly/Teleport to Cerulean City PokeCenter.

e) If you haven't beaten all the Trainers in Cerulean Gym, fight the first trainer; If you did beat the Gym already, fight the Youngster with the level 17 Slowpoke.

f) Fly/Teleport to the Center nearest to where you started the Glitch, when the Menu pops up, press B then Fight and Catch the Mew that appears.

You can use this Glitch to get 2 Mews before fighting Misty. You can also use it to get other Pokemon by fighting other Trainers.

You need Pokemon XD and colusseum,a Pokemon GBA game, and diamond or pearl. First, trade ho-oh and lugia from XD and Colusseum,then put the GBA game in the slot 2 slot on the DS. go to pal park( you need the national dex) and then talk to this guy. he lets you choose up to 6 Pokemon every 24 hours. Choose lugia and ho-oh.Voila! you have them in your DS.
