In the battle frontier, go to one of the following places:
* Battle Tower * Battle Factory * Battle Castle * Battle Arcade * Battle Hall Each place has a different set of rules, but in the end, they all give you BP (Battle Points)
Trade these in at the Battle Shop for items. There are also scratch cards for a chance of winning up to three items. The shops, unlike in Diamond/Pearl, are stalls, not one huge building.
