∙ 12y agoYou have to beat the Pokemon league 4 times and Red 3 times. After you do do that, visit either prof Oak or prof Elm and you will receive a letter from Red. Then train a lot before you visit him. After you train fight Red and his Pokemon will be much stronger than the first few times that you battled him. The levels will be in the 90's and 100's.
