Get the umbreon from celadon mansion, and trade it over to ruby saphpire, emerald, diamond, pearl, and platinum and level it up at night. If it loves you it will evolve.

∙ 12y agoThe easiest way is to trade it from either Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Possibly Crystal. I got mine from Pokemon Colosseum. Otherwise it's impossible. (You could use cheats of course)
