To determine if an Antoine Blanchard painting is an original, examine the signature for authenticity, as his works are typically signed. Additionally, check for provenance documentation, including previous ownership records and certificates of authenticity. The quality of the materials used, such as canvas and paint, can also provide clues, as Blanchard used specific techniques and materials characteristic of his style. Consulting with an art expert or appraiser familiar with his work can further confirm its authenticity.
If you are talking about the original, nobody can tell what it is worth until it is up for sale. Reproductions are cheap.

The original painter of the "Puyet of the Lady of the Castile" can be identified through art historical research, examining signature styles, and comparing it with known works from that period. Additionally, provenance records and expert attribution can provide insights into the artist's identity. Sometimes there will be two original paintings. I've gotten it before. Just be careful, sometimes when you think the painting is original, it can be a forgery. Both Tom Nook (if you try to sell it, he won't buy it or give you only 10 Bells) and Blathers (will tell you it's a forgery when you try to donate it) can tell you if it's forged. If Blathers tells you, the name will be "forged painting" after you try to donate it.
This cannot be learnt from a short presentation of typical traits. It takes years and years of having to do with Rembrandt's original paintings.
The original painting should have the artist's signature, and maybe you can even spot the brush strokes or the artist's fingerprints. Most of the reproductions don't have the artist's signature.
