first you have to beat the elite four because then you can go to the three other towns then you go to route 15 and at the top of a hill there will be a building, go inside the building and there will be this guy and he will take you to mr park and because you have all the gym badges he will let you transfer, you have to have 2 ds's and 2 games and on the other ds you go to ds download and you press the Pokemon black one then you choose your Pokemon (they can't have hidden moves like cut . ect. and all held items will be put in bag) then you play this game where you have to shoot pokeballs to catch your Pokemon and they will be transfered but you cant send them back
