First off, I hope you meant he show and not the TV show (:
There are currently 3 ways that you can see World of Color at DCA.
The first would be ariving in the morning and getting a fastpass, which is available at the Grizzly River Run entrance. You then arrive within 1 hour to showtime, and get to stand in an area that has the best view.
The second would be to get a WoC Dining package by either eating at select restaurants or getting a Picnic meal which is around $15.
Finally, if you don't do either of these, you can stand at the back of the lagoon, but you'll have an obstructed view. The mist screens are distorted and distort the fountains opposite you. But its also a very good way to see it.
I've seen it 10 times, and its a great show, hope you enjoy it.
