It depends on what kind of speech you want to write. You could write a speech to get people to read it, you could write a book report, you could write about why Harry Potter should be allowed in schools or why Harry Potter should be banned in schools.
Write sentences the way you speak - just pretend you are telling this to a friend, and write down what you would say. What would you tell them about this topic? Look up some facts! How would you explain Harry Potter to your friend? What does the book and series mean to you?
If you just start writing, you will be through with your assignment before you know it!
Harry Potter is bold and daring probably one of the reasons the sorting hat put him in Griffindor. From book 1 he has always tyred to do the right thing. I admire him for all his good deeds. In book 1 he saved the stone, in 2 he rescues Ginny from the Chamber of secretes, in 3 he helps his godfather, in 4 he wins the triz. tournament and gives the money to Fred and George which is very kind b/c if I was him I would not! In 5 he helps out the order, in 6 he helps Dumbeldore find and destroys some of the horcruxs and in 7 (my favorite) he kind of kills Voldemort and is brave by going into the forest to save his friends and die. He actually does not die but just destroy the horcrux inside him but he did not know this so though he was going to die. When he left for the forest he did not even say good bye to his friends. He is one tough cookie! I know people say that oh Harry Potter is just about spells and wands but it's really not! It's so much more. Just please pick up the first book and try I know when your eyes hit the first word you won't be able to put it down. Just try it won't kill you I sware!
****** Dear person who wanted this speech I hope this will work! thanks*********
Ps you better use it or it will be a half hour waste of time!!!
It's mostly just naming the spell, what it does in a lot of detail, what spells/potions can undo it, how it takes effect, how long it takes to wear off, the spell genre (i.e protection, summoning etc.).
