**Spoiler!!** From the first series of Fullmetal Alchemist (not Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood) there is a movie called Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa. Edward is in Munich, Germany (our world) while Alphonse is in Amestris (their world) and eventually they come to meet again.
it actually doesn't matter. Brotherhood is just another version of Fullmetal Alchemist, except Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood is more faithful to the manga. But there is a movie continuation to Fullmetal Alchemist, called "The Conqueror of Shamballa", which concludes the story. There is also another movie that supposedly takes place during Fullmetal Alchemist; Brotherhood episodes 20 and 21 called "The Sacred Star of Milos". However, it doesn't fall into place very well with the story.
There isn't a singular antagonist in "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. Throughout the story, Santiago, the protagonist, faces various challenges and obstacles that test his determination and courage. These challenges come in the form of personal doubts, external dangers, and societal expectations rather than a single antagonist.
