She may have died in childbirth. a similar absentee ( presumably dead) mother occurs in Little Mermaid, we don:t even learn her name. sad and strange and can set the stage for- well it is called the Electra complex, nothing to do with electronics. Dirty Daddy falls in love with daughter and well there are fictional treatments in some songs.
