Harry Potter's only actually destroyed one Horcrux: Tom Riddle's diary which Harry stabbed with a Basilisk fang in the Chamber of Secrets before he knew what Horcruxes were.
Albus Dumbledore then sourced and destroyed the Gaunt ring with the sword of Godric Gryffindor. Ron Weasley also used the sword to destroy Salazar Slytherin's locket.
Hermione Granger destroyed Helga Hufflepuff's cup with a Basilisk fang while Rowena Ravenclaw's diadem was burned by Fiendfyre set by Vincent Crabbe.
Lord Voldemort then destroyed his own Horcrux when he hit Harry with a killing curse before Neville Longbottom decaptitated Nagini, destroying the last one.
That is a matter of opinion, thus cannot be answered with a definite "correct" response. Some would say Harry Potter because he has had to endure countless treacheries each year at Hogwarts, searching for the horcruxes and *SPOILER* being an Auror afterwards.
Each of them destroys a Horcrux. (So does Hermione Granger, Vincent Crabbe, Tom Riddle and Neville Longbottom)

In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Harry started dating Ginny Weasley however as he feared for her safety he decided that they could no longer see each other. It is clear that despite this he continued to love Ginny throughout his search for the Horcruxes in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. In the epilogue we see that Harry marries Ginny and has three children with her.

Dumbledore was very fond of Harry since book 1, and Harry trusted him throughout the entire series. By the 6th book, Harry and Dumbledore became extra close to each other as Dumbledore taught Harry about Voldemort's past and they searched for Horcruxes. Harry was devastated when Snape killed Dumbledore.
Harry, Ron and Hermione track down the remaining Horcruxes which involves stealing one from Bellatrix Lestrange Gringotts' vault. This alerts Voldemort who decides to start checking each Horcrux is safe. Harry sees this and discovers the last Horcrux (aside from Nagini and Harry whom they don't know about) is at Hogwarts. A large battle the ensues and all of the plot lines are tied up allowing Harry and Voldemort to come to their final battle.

Yes, Lord Voldemort did die in the end of the seventh Harry Potter book. When Voldemort killed Harry, he killed the part of himself inside of him as Harry was one of the Horcruxes. When Harry was carried back to the castle, Neville killed Nagini (Voldemort's Snake) which destroyed the last Horcrux. Harry then had a little dramatic scene where he and Voldemort are shooting one long strand of magic at each other and Harry overpowers Voldemort and kills him.
