Robert Pattinson became an actor through modelling i think. he did stage productions first and then he got minor parts and then he was in Harry Potter.

He started going to a acting school because his dad saw some pretty girls and asked them where they had just been. Once he found out he got his son, Robert, into the acting school to and it took off from there.

Robert pattinson was a model, his mom had him introduced to a derictor and he tried the role of someone in vanity fair and that is how he got introduced to the actor buisness.

Rob started acting all due to his father and Barnes theatre club.

He was on stage acting with the theatre group and some big director's realised his talent and asked him about joining them or something like that and then his fame started!

He started onstage acting at about 15.

but he started acting in front of a camera when he did Harry Potter and the goblet of Fire as Cedric Diggory
