To defeat the Unknown Entity(I hope that's what you mean) first, make Lara get into Tesla's experiment. Shoot the UE until it gets lost in the wall. Quickly move from the turret and start pulling levers which are on the side of the wall. You want have time to get all of them, so before it comes back, you may want to get back into the turret. Once it comes back, repeat the process. After they're all pulled, use the experiment to shoot the round magnets back until they are in a circle. This should deactivate the forcefield around the sword fragment. Get out of the experiment, and use your grapple on the fragment.

If you want to be dangerous, you don''t need the turret to shoot the UE, you can go around pulling them while it tries to follow you.
