Unfortunately, your mistaken. Eevee can only evolve into Vaporeon, Flareon, and Jolteon in Kanto games. Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glaceon do not exist in Kanto. Therefor, you cannot obtain Leafeon in Kanto games. Leafeon and Glaceon only exist in D/P/Plat, and if you transfer an Eevee to Unova, Leafeon and Glaceon can be obtainable in Pokemon Black/White.
You can't you can only get leafeon on pearl, diamond and platinum.
