1. Beat the game and complete all the quests.
2. Go to chicole village and accept the quest from Ollie's mom.
3. Go to Vien forest and talk to Ollie (He is in the burnt section.)
4. Go to the ranger Union and head south. Catch a Floatzel and ride it south.
5. Exit down the waterfall and get off floatzel. Celebi should appear.
6. Catch it by riding a doduo and chase it around. It is not that hard to capture.
In any other game, you would probably have to use cheat codes.
(Hint: If you have celebi in HG or SS, have Celebi first in hyour party, then go to the forest and use it on celebi's shrine. Celebi will take you back in time and you will battle Giovani.)
