Answer Two: Hmm, I think the Secret Key was distributed by a Nintendo Event. However, after getting the key, go catch Rotom at the Second Floor, Fourth Room. After you catch Rotom, then go to Eterna City's Galactic Headquarters. Between a Bookcase and a wall, there is a hidden door. Go use the Secret Key, and the room of the different Rotoms will be there. Simply press the "A" button to have the item possessed by the Rotom.
