How do you Trade xd gale of darkness Pokemon to fire red?

Here is what you need:

A Gamecube-Gameboy Advance Cable

Pokemon Xd:

Defeated Master Greevil

Pokemon FireRed:

Beaten the Pokemon League

Have the National Pokedex

Have the Network Machine working on One Island (with the Ruby and Sapphire in it)

Have the game saved at a Pokemon center.

In Pokemon Xd go to Phenac City. In the basement of the Pokemon Center, talk to the lady behind the counter. Save your game. Then connect the Gameboy Advance to the gamecube into controller socket 2 (if you have the gamecube-gameboy advance cable with a switch in the middle of it,which you usually only find on the gamecube-gameboy advance cable that doubles as a gba link cable, make sure the switch is on GC). Then select the Pokemon to trade from Xd. Then select the Pokemon to trade from Firered (use the Gameboy controls).

After you get all the shadow Pokemon you get a call on your P*DA from miror B. and he wants a battle with you on the gateon port light house. FYI really strong attack and a lot of Ludicolos. Also try a timer ball before you use it wait a few turnes after he sends dragonite out and if you can't do that stock up on millions of full restores, max potions and hyper potions. Use flying type moves and ice type and be cautios on flying type Pokemon cause some of the ludicolo have ice punch or ice beam and a very good attack and physical base stat. In order to trade from Pokémon XD to another game, you first need the Nintendo Gameboy Advanced GameCube Link Cable then you have to plug 1 end into the 2nd Controller Slot that is on the GameCube and you have to insert the other end into the ports on the Gameboy Advanced or Gameboy Advanced SP then you can go down into the basement of the Phenac City Pokémon Center within XD and you can talk to the receptionist there and she'll initiate the trade and then just follow the prompts however Pokémon XD can only trade with Ruby, Sapphire, FireRred, LeafGreen and Emerald and in order to trade with FireRed and LeafGreen, you have to complete the Network Machine quest in those games and in order to trade with Emerald, you need to have the National Dex.

Use the control stick or C stick to move, A button lets you choose commands, check stuff, talk to people, B button cancels choices, Y and X open the menu and Start, L and R scroll the pages in the PC, Z doesn't do anything or the D pad, using your Pokemon you must defeat trainers using A choose fight then a move to battle continue this to win.

After you beat Xd gale of darkenss and after delivering the ruby and sapphire to celio you can trade between firered and xd gale of darkness by going to phenac city going into the basement of the Pokemon center and talking to the lady once a new screen shows up hook up a GCN to GBA cable to gamecube socket 2 and your GBA or GBASP have firered in your GBA or GBASP then save your game in a Pokemon center with the Pokemon you want to trade then turn off the game and return it on wait until the connection is made then use the A buttons on your gamecube controller to choose your Pokemon you want to trade and use the GBA or GBASP's A button to do the same thing confirm your choices and you will trade the games will save and then you can trade again.
